Each individual may register only one (1) account on 578ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 578ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. 578ph is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 578ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 578ph immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 578ph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

578ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account cashier and may be updated from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 578ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

578ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 578ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

578ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at 578ph's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.

You may close your 578ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

578ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and sports betting. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 578ph complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
